Involved in the initial planning, design, permitting and construction monitoring of an indoor/outdoor recreational athletic facility located on approximately 27-acres of land at 223 Fremont Street in the City of Taunton, Massachusetts. The indoor recreational facility consists of an approximate 169,400-square foot building housing seven indoor athletic fields, four indoor athletic courts and associated amenities. The outdoor athletic facility consists of four (4) full sized synthetic turf athletic fields. The facility is serviced by a paved parking lot with approximately 719-parking spaces. The facility is serviced by City water and sewer located in Fremont Street. On-site stormwater management systems were provided including a combination of subsurface infiltration systems and above ground constructed wetland stormwater basins to attenuate the rates and volumes of runoff to abutting properties and the on-site wetland system, as required under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Stormwater Management Policy.
